Does CMSMS play well with Jquery?

Just asking as I'm intending to implement some JQ things and thought I'd ask incase there's a problem.

All day long, I believe it's even in the admin and used in the Album...
CMSMS loves all things if they are done correctly, friends with all...

Hey, Mark. I'm glad about that as I'm making my first tentative steps into jquery and I'm finding it excellent.
