Can I use CMS Made Simple to manage an existing MySQL database?

CMSMS is a Content Management System Made Simple hence the name it uses a DB doesn't manage it, for that you need to go thru your web hosts control panel...
But if you know enuf you can pull info from an existing DB...

Not sure what you want to do concretly but there's a module which includes PHPMyAdmin in Backend

...if you want create only some query on your custom MySQL db you can use existing CMSMS methods in a UDT...
