How to upgrade from 0.10.4 to 0.11 stable?

Hi all.
I would like to upgrade my 0.10.4 to new stable 0.11. I downloaded the latest version, but I didn't found any instructions about it (something like the UPDATE.txt in oldest versions).
Then, is there someone can help me? Can I upgrade my 0.10.4 without drop all tables and settings from MySqlAdmin?

try install/upgrade.php

upgrade.txt is now in  doc/ folder
anyway, unless you modified files, simply upload the files and run the upgrade script
you may want to save backups first, of the files and of database.

your config.php must be writable, like 666
