re-design of cms website [CLOSED]

UPDATE:
We did pay someone to do a redesign of our site, but afterward we decided we like the original design! I know its quite a simple layout, but it actually serves us quite well at the moment and dont want to mess things up! Thanks for all responses.
I am thinking about re-designing one of my cms made simple websites (http://www.shareworld.co.uk).
First of all, I am sort of getting an idea of price and Im not sure if I can neccesarily afford to pay for a re-design - so please dont think Im wasting anyones time but Id just like to get an idea of cost.
Currently I earn about £110 per month from this site so that will give you some idea of my budget.
The website has been running now for about 4 years and I want to take it to the next level, I want to make it alot more professional looking, and I would like some one who is able to redesign based on several factors - such as making it more appealing to my visitors, giving it a professional look and also thinking about presenting better the information I have on there.
Currently the site is based on two cms templates - one for the home page and one for every other page. I also have a question and answer module installed which I would like modifyed slightly - perhaps put into catagories. I would also like a latest news page and the ability to have a "snippet" of this news displayed on the home page. Also on the home page I would like snippets of the content from throughout the site (similar to what I have now) and also some concideration for displaying advertising effectivly (as we have a few more banner ads in the pipeline). Currently the site runs on a percentage layout, whether this should be kept I dont know.
As well as the per month earnings we have a small amount of savings, so I am undesided whether to use this money and pay for a re-design, or to try doing it myself.
Basically just looking for any comments/rough prices that will help me to make a decision.
As for the logo, I would pretty much like to keep that as it is because Im quite happy with it.
I welcome any comments/suggestions
Dave
