CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi,

I'm Installing cmsms v1.3.1 via FTP.
Now i got stuck in step 7.

All the permissions is set correctly.
But when i goto my website, it is all white & blank!

but when i paste a testing.php file, it works!

pls help me, thanks.

My root directory is not public_html. It is "wwwroot".
Does this make any difference?

Details
- my php safe mode turned OFF
- Apache 2 and couple of server with IIS6 and IIS7
- Window
- mysql 5
- php 5.2.5
