Multilang Upgrade

Is the diff file for v 1.3.1 applicable to MLE too?
In this topic I write that if you upgrade from MLE 1.3, upgrade with official cmsmadesimple-diff-1.3-1.3.1.xx and overwrite FileManager folder onlysaltydog wrote: Is the diff file for v 1.3.1 applicable to MLE too?
