hi there,

I'm using CMS Made Simple 1.3 "Cuba", well done on some of the new features. Anyway, I'm also using CompanyDirectory 1.1.3 and Statistics 0.8.0b9

I've used the statistics to gather information i.e. page hits, e.g. my sites top 5 pages... this works perfectly when using regular content pages.

Can anyone tell me how to incorporate the Statistics to gather Company Directory hits? so that it shows my sites top 5 companies.

Any help would be appreciated,

Nuno just directed me to your enquiry. It's an interesting idea to allow the Statistics module to gather stats from other modules, but it will probably take some time. I would have to agree with other module devs on some API, and they would have to alter their modules to tap into the statistics-system.

So don't hold your breath. I'm sorry. You could try to contact the maintainer of the Company Directory module and ask if he was interested in implementing some stats directly in his module...
