I use version 1.2.5 and when i recive the mail that is sent from a Formbuilder form i get the information double, example:

Tue, 17 Jun 2008 09:31:55 +0200

Name
Zingo / Zingo

E-mail

9999999 / 9999999

What version of formbuilder, most likely you have dbl. entries in the email template...

It is 0.5.1.

Where do i find the email template?

When you set up/edit the 'email' to field look at the last tab, iirc, and this is where you make/change the email template...

You may want to be a little more descriptive in your subject line in the future...
