[SOLVED] Tiny MCE stopped working after upgrade to newer version of TinyMCE

I recently upgraded to TinyMCE 2.4.0b1 from TinyMCE-Basic. It stopped working. I've uninstalled and removed and reinstalled and it still won't work.
Current Version of CMSMS 1.2.5 "Free Hill"
Any Suggestions?

Sorry.
The editor doesn't show up it's like you are editing with the editor toggled off to edit in code view.
**UPDATE**
In order for the editor to show I had to click on the Turn WYSIWYG on/off toggle "Off and On"

What about your user settings? Go to admin panel MyPreferences->User Preferences in field "Select WYSIWYG to use:" should be TinyMCE. Please check it.

It seemed to be some sort of bug. It works fine now.
So here's what happened.
I saw there was a new version of TinyMCE in the modules. So I installed it. I did not uninstall the previous version.
I looked over the options and set as usual removing buttons and such.
Then I went to try it out in a page and it didn't show up. The text block acted as if I had the editor was toggled off. So I posted.
Went back today and checked and decided to Toggle on and off the editor in the page and it shows up.
Now when I go to a page it is working as expected. So who knows.
