Greetings-

I am using the latest version of CMSMS hosted on godaddy and would like to make a "weekly time sheet" that gets emailed to the admin.

All I want on the page is:

Name:
Week Ending:
Job:
Foreman:
Mon: (hours placed here)
Tuesday:
Wed:
Thur:
Fri:

Could someone explain to me in detail, How can I add these fields to the page, and have them sent via email? Thanks MJD

What, exactly, do you want for these hours?

Text, i.e three or four
A whole number, i.e 7 or 8
A decimal number, i.e 7.5 or 8.25
Start and end times, i.e 7:00am to 10:00am

I want a page on the site where employees can just enter the hours they worked mon-fri and submit (which emails the form to the admin) Doesnt even have to add up the hours. Just need to know how to create the form that has name,forman, mon hours, tuesday hours, etc.

You can keep adding fields, should be a drop down in form for quick field adding, make them text, don't forget to have email to field at the top, and makes sure in email to you click the Create Template button in second tab when you are done making the form...
