Latest stable release of Tiny MCE? [SOLVED]

OK, so I thought that I had fixed the disappearing WYSIWYG problem but I was very wrong...
It appears that I'm not alone and have found a possible solution by adjusting tinyconfig.tpl...the problem is that I don't have that file. I've also noticed that I don't have any type of "reset to defaults" option (although I've never changed anything).
I've removed and reinstalled the module several times over the last few weeks and the only one that worked was the current beta but it's far from usable, especially for a client. So I'm using 2.4.0b1, the default one loaded through CMSMS but it doesn't seem to have loaded everything...but I haven't found it available to download and manually install anywhere...
So where can I get it?
