Hi
I've had a few headaches getting cms made simple working on my site. I followed the instruction to a tee....yet no install page.

I Changed permissions on config.php to 777 and got it working

Why??

hi patricia

answering your question, yes it did not work with permissions set to 666 for config.php...brought up an error page.
