Looking for help creating templates/menus for new website

Hello!
I am new to CMSMS, other than bringing up a copy on one of my servers for a non profit group. Form what I learned by doing that, I would like to use CMSMS as the basis for my website.
I am in the process of re-branding my company. Part of this will result in a website. The marketing company will create HTML CSS Style Sheets and HTML Pages.
The site will have several types of pages, and based on what I need, I need a developer to help me build this out. Here is what I am looking for:
- home page template
- news template
- blog template
- forum template
- login/registration template
- menu template
In addition, I want to be able pull RSS Feeds into the news or other pages.
Is there someone that can help me with this?
