I am having a problem getting the full url to be used within my navigation (http://www.domain.com)  Right now all URLS are showing as http://domain.com.

Is there a setting that is doing this?  Or is this something within my .htaccess file?

Yes, it is rather a .htaccess out-of-CMSms issue than CMSms specific.
But
-check your config.php for hostname correctness
-setup canonical hostname as described in the webserver guide.
