I'm having exactly the same error message in a rather fresh Multilanguage installation of the latest version.

Can this have anything to do with the Multilanguage installation, because the 'class.globalcontentoperations.inc.php' has some major changes because of the Multilanguage functionality?

class.globalcontentoperations.inc.php is relative to Global Content Blocks and not Content Blocks
