Top menu disappered in admin panel

HI,
I was working in the class of DefaulTheme and making some changes, but the topmenu in cmsms admin panel is disappeared, i have seen displaytopmenu() function in defaultTheme class. Can anyone help me bring the top menu back in admin panel?
