I am trying to set up a form which when it is submitted will be emailed to my email address.

I have set up a field in the form called 'Send' which should submit the form results to a named address but ithe form simply is not working.

I really need help with this - if I can't get the forms to work then it's Bye Bye CMS and back to a non-cmsms solution.

Here are the details of the the Send field that I have added to the form. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it to send to my email address? In particular the two 'From' fields that I have highlighted?

Field Name: Send

Field Type: *Email Results to set Address(es)

Field Validation: Automatic

Email Subject Line: (Smarty variables are valid in this field.)

[glow=red,2,300]"From address" for email:[/glow] WHAT GOES HERE?

Destination Email Address: myemail@mydomain


This is how the form is set up;

fieldstart  Fieldset Start  .

Email         Email "From Address" Field
Company    Text Input
Enquiry        Text Area
fieldend Fieldset End .
Send          *Email Results to set Address(es) To: myaddress@mydomain

Willing to dump a cms because you can't get forms to work. Ooookaaaaay.

If the formbuilder isn't your cup of tea you can always insert/copy/paste a (for you working) form code in a normal content page.

And the "from name" and "from address" are dead easy, it's just the "from name" and "from address" when an email is sent, just like regular mail. How about filling in you own name and address.
