including scripts to admin panel

Hello,
I have some scripts wich I need to include in admin panel/modules section. (show there admin/topextensions.php)
I have sms sending script wich need to be managed from cms made simple admin panel. Lets say my script is in directory modules/sms/
I just need to access /modules/sms/index.php
So if you need any additional info from me, just say, its very important for me.
