I originally created the Hoopeston website as a normal static site. After the city government asked about adding their own content I looked around for a CMS, Thats when i found CMS Made Simple. They love it!

I'm excited to show off the technical side of the Hoopeston website, I spent a lot of time customizing each module that i used.

CMSMS Version: 1.2.3
Total number of Pages: 77+
Total number of templates: 4 (homepage, left+right sidebar included, left sidebar content empty, right sidebar content empty, both sidebar content empty)
Extra Modules used: Album 0.9.2, Calendar 0.7.11, Comments 1.8.2, Form Builder 0.2, Form Browser 0.4.4, Guestbook 1.1.10, Jobs 1.0, front end users 1.4

Modified the news module to display alternating background colors, thanks to the CMS forums http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,10363.msg66610.html#msg66610

Modified the Navigation Menu to fit the look of the site
Modified the Calendar to fit the look of the site

Biggest problems:
CMSMS Just white screened on first install - hosting admin said that it was due to bad coding, he replaced all instances of ($_SERVER['PHP_SELF']) with ($_SERVER['REDIRECT_URL'])

The website is very slow now, the problem must be a server issue.

Installing modules over 1mb created a internal server 500 error message - problem solved, was due to not enough memory being allocated to my account on the server.

Front end users, just doesn't work at all. No error message. Likely a another server issue.

Despite having all the server issues, CMS made simple has been incredible. I wouldn't be able to appreciate it so much had i not tried many other CMS's
