What does l.b.n.l. stand for?

Can anyone help please?
I am attempting to install the SABare theme.
In the "read me" file it says to "l.b.n.l. copy the "function.global_content_in_page.php" file in the /plugins/ directory"
Can someone just please tell me what "l.b.n.l" stands for?
