It would help if you explained what would be needed of this developer in your post, i'm sure you will get a better responce if people know what is required before contacting you.

The question he asked is.. do you want a programmer or a designer?
Programmers typically have little interest or ability in styling but can provide functionality.
Designers typically have little programming ability, but have the artistic style to make the menus and the rest of the page look right.
Which do you want?
