CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi I am a newbie and need a little bit of help.  I have already re-installed three times the whole package.  Everything looks fine till the end, but I am unable to see the cms site and also to do the admin login. I have tried with IE and FF.  I followed all the steps, I've read every single help email in the forum and still no luck. 

Thank you Patricia.  No I have instlled 3 times and have seen all the numbers in color and made the changes for 777 and 666 and then deleted the install directory and change the config.php to 444.  The database was created successfully and the passwords for admin and the database were different.  The URL is http://www.gestionldeltalento.info/cms.
