Changes & new pages not showing after moving host

Hi there

Firstly, I'd just like to say cmsmadesimple is a truly excellent tool, especially for someone who doesn't have a lot of technical experience, but I have a critical problem: after migrating the database from local to live I can edit the existing pages on the live host but the changes don't show up on the live site, even though they show in the CMS.  The same is true of adding new pages - they just don't show up.  Additionally, when I preview existing pages, old content doesn't seem to be there, but sometimes new content does.
  • Webhost is 2.0.52 on linux / localhost is apache 2.2 on Windows XP home.
  • CMS version no. on both hosts is 1.2.3
  • MySQL on local is 5.0 / webhost is 4.1.20 (but I made sure DB dump was back compatible)
  • PHP on local is 5.0 / webhost is 4.3.9
Modules installed (on both hosts exactly the same):

Pageblocks 0.1.5
MySQL Dump 1.2.3 (not using this for DB migration as I Webhost won't let me FTP the DB files)
Formbuilder (although I'm not using this at the moment)

When I was on my localhost my DB name / password were set up with the default ones, but I've had to use the DB user name and password combo preconfigured by my webhost.  So when migrated I simply renamed my local DB and then used phpmyadmin to dump the local one.  I then cleared the installed version of the database at my webhost and imported the one from my local machine using phpmyadmin.  The "cms_" prefix is setup for table entries on both servers.  The site runs and works well (config.php I'm sure is set up correctly), but new pages and changes to existing ones, just don't show up.

I've also tried looking in my DB tables using phpmyadmin, and strangely, my changes don't seem to be in there.

Also tried clearing cache - both CMS and browser.

I've searched in the forums -- I believe thoroughly -- but I can't find an answer to this one.  Can anyone help?  I'm very stuck.

Cheers
JT

Is the config.php pointing to the correct site, or does it show the old site?

Pointing to the new one.  I went through a clean install in the new environment.

Cheers
