activated tokenizer and Hosting

I was going to put a CMS Made Simple site on Crystal Tech because I read good things about them. They unzipped my CMSMS zip file to the root directory, I created a database and when I went to www.mysite.com it was nothing but a blank page. From the URL I could tell that it was trying to install something because it went to the install directory. But, there was just a blank page there.

Crystaltech support said it might be because it was a Windows machine, but they had Windows2003 and that supports CMSMS.

However, when I asked about "activated tokenizer " the guy said he'd never heard of it. He could only offer that I get a dedicated Linux server and instal "activated tokenizer " myself, which I have no idea how to do.

Any idea what went wrong?

Hello to the previous 9 viewers! I have selected maiahost.com which has installed CMSMS for me. The two webhosts offered above appear to suck, btw, as neither could manage to pick up a phone. In hosting terms, I believe that's a good indication that the host is a side business of Three Guys Plumbing, Inc.
