On "Submit" : "The requested object does not exist on this server"

Hello,
I've installed CMSms v.1.2.4 today and got it quite nicely up and running, but whenever i hit a "Submit" button on the administation site, I get an error stating "The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it."
Still, for example when I created a new user, I got the error message, but the new user was created. I don't know where to begin digging in to solve the problem? Could this have something to do weith Pretty URLs or mod_rewrite? Becouse I have neither of them in use (can't create a .htaccess filed for the mod_rewrite..).
I'd be thankful for any help... I wasn't able to find a solution in previous threads, and the "User Handbook/Admin Panel/Troubleshooting" -part that should have been in english, was in some language I don't know.
