installation problem

hello everybody,

i have an installation problem with CMSMS

Warning: fopen(D:\www\domain.nl\www\cms\config.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\www\domain.nl\www\cms\lib\config.functions.php on line 303

can someone help me?

Did you upload/create a blank config.php, as per the instructions?

And did you make the file writeable - chmod 666 or 777?
