Dear Learned Techies and wise members.

I am a complete newbie in technical aspects of installation of scripts to a web hosts.

I don't know anything about /htdocs
How to CHMOD?

So far on my own I learned to do this much.

1. Uploaded my CMS Script (Datalife Engine Script) to my hosts control panel's Filemnager Folder: /htdocs
2. I am trying to unzip the Datalifeengine.zip ffiles in the Folder: /htdocs.

I don't know how to CHMOD and procedure further.

Being a procurement professional I am totally un aware of installation DHMODING and all other process of installing a script and running a website.   

I came in this profession with an ambition to provide something very relevant and informative to everyone online.

Tried several forums and groups but no one was able to guide me from ground zero,

Is their a soul here who can guide me step by step on installation of scripts in my hosts control panel and chmoding?
