I am using the CSSMenu-Vertical in my template for the Tioga County Fair (http://tiogacountyfair) but my viewers all complalin that the menu is too difficult to use - specifically, it disappears the moment the mouse slides past the link and the viewer is forced to "start all over again" in trying to get to the correct page - especially those embedded within the heirachy. Is there a way to "slow down" the menu so that it "lingers" a second or two should the mouse accidentially move off the menu? Is there another fix to this situation?
Also, for some reason that template really distorts/stretches in IE 6 - in that it forces the viewer to scroll "miles" to the right to see the content of the web page. Is this a css problem that can be fixed with a hack? Or is it something else altogether. Seems fine in IE 7. (although in FireFox there's a little visual problem as well, but not as bad in IE 6).
I'm running CMS Made Simple 1.1.3.1. PHP version 4.4.4 MySQL version 4.1.22-standard Apache version 1.3.39 (Unix)

Too many tables...
Most of the problems are CSS related. You should get the Web Developer Tools plugin for Firefox, ao you can play around with the CSS in real time to find out what should be changed.
