Scenario: Editing a page using WYSIWYG editor and tries to make a link to a PDF file in the uploads/files directory using the "Browse server" function in the link dialog popup.

Problem: When trying to browse the uploads/files dir I get the following error message "The server didn't send back a proper XML response".

Tried upgrading to the latest release (1.2.3) of CMSMS but that did not solve the problem so it must be related to the hosting environment in some way... Any thoughts on what might cause this problem??

-if you have found any whiteline/whitespace as described by ruthverena and where could they come from.
