Hello.

I have translated Admin Lang into Georgian but when I set the Georgian Language it only shows this marks: "???????"
I think it doesn't understands Georgian Unicode.
How Can I correct this problem?

Why you don't open a new translation project for Georgian?
In this mode with "Translation Center" you don't have encode problem and lang files will be included in the new (core/modules) releases
