Cannot Download?

My module is showing up in the listing under Module Manager. However, it says Cannot Download. What is that?

The module is DL Suite: CodePress. I have uploaded both the XML and tar.gz file. Previous versions worked but my latest one, it is showing Cannot Download.

Uhm, if your a developer you should've traced this back.
But anyways, it's probably a permissions problem.

How can I trace this back if the listing of the module is retrieved via this site?
