Looking for a file mgmt module including document version

Hi there
I'm a CMSMS newbie so I've started playing with CMSMS because seems to fit all my needs for a project I would like to carry out in my company. Despite reading a bunch of information in the forum and documentation I've not been able to find out what module would be the best option for a file management system including document work-flow (approval, reject, keep different versions of the document....)
Could you please advise on that?
