Menu: unique style for menu links - how?

Hi! Ive been at this a few days and are becoming a bit desperate. Because this whole project of mine will fall if I dont get this to work and CMS will be of no use to me :\

I need to make differnt styled menu links.

This is a problem because menues are not static and they are genereated when page is loaded. I want to make the last three menu "items" on 1th level of the meny different colors. To do that I added three more classes in the simple navigation stylesheet. In the layout template Ive added static html list with these there links and called the style tags from simple navigation: so far everything works.

BUT! I need to make these three now "static" menu items have sublinks: which is not possible as far as I can tell since the menu then would need to be generated by cms to get the same sublinks that the rest of the menu has.

I have no idea how to solve this. I cannot make all the sublinks for the static links also static since they have to be simple to change and edit by 'editor' users.

As far as I can tell, I need to somehow integrate the alternativ to make CMS handle menu with different meny styles. THis shouldnt be to hard: but how do do it?

I would really be eternally greatful if anyone could help me with this!

You need to add a class or ID to the links and let CMSMS menu manager handle the menu output...

Adding ID or class can be done, read this...
