Login and mailing list [Done]

I need help for a CMSMS installation to be able to do the following.
1. Users Database
name/lastname/phone/email/birthdate/password/subscribe
- we started using FrontEnd users, but doesn't have a way for a pick date easniness
2. the users will be added via the admin only
3. the user can modify/update their data
>> The idea here is to have a one login page with no information, after users are logged in they are able to see the website, no fee's, its for a members only page
4. Need a mailing list integration, it can be with phplist or other... to send out regular emails with text or graphics (embedded or atthaced) (hence the subscribe field on the DB)
5. Be able to export the users db to excel
Optional - need to integrate a calendar page with the normal regular date and the hebrew date automatically, already have the formula, but need to integrate into the site.
