Deleted CSS Menu Top + 2 Columns

Hello,
Can someone post me or send me the standard and original CSS file that comes with the template CSS Menu Top + 2 Columns ? Or perhaps tell me how I can get it ? I deleted this file by accident and have no idea how to get it back. I'm exploring CMS MS since a few days, so I'm not familiar with it yet.
