WYSIWYG Editor Not Showing Up In Admin Area - editcontent.php

I have recently installed the CMS to try it out and everything is working except the WYSIWYG Editor. I tried unchecking the checkbox at the bottom of the EDITCONTENT.PHP page and rechecking it, but nothing happens.

I know it is not a browser setting because I can see the editor in action when I visit the demo found on OpenSourceCMS (http://demo.opensourcecms.com/cms/admin)

I did a view source at OpenSource and compared it to my installation and didn't see anything suspicious. We're both using version 1.2.3 and I am using IE 6.0.2900...blah blah blah.

My installation is www.3cwebsites.com/cmsms/admin and it's a demo so feel free to login and see if the editor works for you. Login username = admin and password = demo

Thanks in advance for your help.

P.S. Great CMS! It's very flexible and once I get the Editor working, I'll be installing it on a few clients' websites.

Hello,

IE6 is not a supported admin browser. When it happens to work (with CMSms admin), it is only luck.

Not the answer I wanted to hearĀ  :-\

I tried it in FireFox as well and the WYSIWYG edit is still non-existent.

Anyone else with possible insight into why it is so?

Although I'm no"body else" I suggest to check in the module manager that TinyMCE is there installed and activated and to check your user has edit rights and wysiwyg preferences (user's and global).
If this doesn't help we need more technical context information to diagnose.

Thanks. Pierre.

It seems to work on another domain so I'm not worrying about the test environment...

This is work better left for another day...maybe a fresh reinstall or something.

Thanks again.
