Search Module black list and Tags

Hey there,
I have 2 questions (using CMS 1.2.3):
Is it possible to black list certain words from the search list when using the keywords feature? I'm getting a few words like 'and, 19, &nsbp' coming up.
Also will using the keywords feature affect the search results for the Tag Cloud plugin
