HELP please, with new menu

Hello People hoping for some help here i have a new menu, posted below i want to add in my new site

i added the css part to the css section in CMSMS called menu

this is a small ammount of code from the main detalf pages i use, where in there do i tell it to use the new menu with out any gaps.
