Iframe / Wordpress Embeding Options?

Hi, i am running PHP5, And Wamp 1.7.3 On Windows Server 2003.
I have Tried using Iframes, pi_iframes, and the {embed} Tag, But with everything i seem to get a scrolling bar, instead of loading without the bar. Is there any Easy way to Get Wordpress into my template, or get Iframes Auto Resizing?
I have Tried a few JavaScript auto resizers, but none seem to work correctly, What am i doing Wrong?
