CMS Made Simple Forums

I have a design ready and coded into a working HTML page. I need someone to skin CMS Made Simple which is already installed on our server.

The actual workin CMS bit of the site is very simple and straight forward with the same bit of each page ( a simple box ) needing managed by the CMS.

Need this done ASAP.
