Real Estate Site, connects to local MLS for properties

This is a large and complicated site. It uses CMSMS 1.2.3 as the platform, with the Form Builder module installed.
There is a considerable amount of custom PHP integrated with the site. We receive property data and images from the local MLS service, import them, make them searchable.
There is javascript to make the forms more user-friendly.
The pages that list the realty agents (like http://www.sofrealestate.com/Agents.php ... HNSON+CITY ) pull the "eCards" (business card-like graphics with links) from a separate server.
We created a link in the CMSMS menu to some custom admin consoles we built to handle the MLS and agent functions (outside of CMSMS).
The client has been VERY happy with this site, it is measurably increasing their profits.
