CMS Made Simple Forums

I have a website: www.cinegeek.com  I am adding some new writers and I need the site to update quicker on a daily basis and I need writers to be able to post their own content without me having to author each bit so it looks right.  I was recommended to try a CMS.  Problem is I have no experience with coding.  My site is created qith MS Frontpage.  I want to design the siteto look like many that I've seen in the forums but I don't know where to begin.  Can I open these pages in Frontpage and edit them and still have the CMS work properly?  If not I guess the first question is how do I get a banner on the main page with our logo?  Thanks for all of your help in advance....

Thanks for replying.  Everything is installed and ready to go.  This post was prompted after I started looking at the administrative tools and couldn't figure out where to begin.  I'll geive the documenatation a look and experiment with bringing the code from my page over as a template.  Thanks so much1
