Happily pay to upgrade my CMSMS site [closed]

Hi.
I've got a CMSMS site that has been restored after being hacked. Mark helped me put it up... are you still here Mark? I've been trying to contact you.
I will happily pay someone to re-install phpmyadmin, reset passwords, and then upgrade to the latest version of cmsms. We didn't customize any code that I recall, so that part shouldn't be a problem. It's the version from last November, and it's hosted by Yahoo. I beleive photo albums are the only modules. The site is at http://myharbourisland.com/property
