Integrating PunBB in CMS Made Simple without Bash

Hi!
Thanks for helping me before, now i have another problem, sorry.
I cant seem to integrate the PunBB forum properly using only ftp, there were some included bash commands but i cant run them since i dont have any control over the server.
Ive installed the forum at mysite/forum and its working fine alone.
What kind of script should i use to import it into a page in my CMS Simple Website?
