Just upgraded to v1.2.3 from v1.0.6 and installed the album module.

I can create albums and upload pictures, but the thumbnails created are all the same size as the original images??

Any tips greatly appreciated...

I think this happen when you put only one album as albums="7"
maybe this?
I've tested some ways as albums="7,7"
please test.
