Slightly different use of templates and CSS

The site is nearly finished [ are they ever finished...sheesh! ]

I must admit I am impressed by just how flexible the CMSMS system is and how it can be used to generate all sorts of designs. Even as a core unit with static content surrounding it.
The web site displayed at

Is entirely dynamic using only the CMSMS system.
Let me know how you feel about it and any recommendations or constructive critique would be appreciated.
