CMS Made Simple Forums

I am OK with CMS having used it for some time but I need a website converted from Dreamweaver to CMS Made Simple.
The site contains some Java Script for booking holidays , Booking form, Incusion from other sites etc.
Have a look at the existing site.  www.iberianoptions.com.  The company is based in Spain, I am based in the UK.

The templates are not to reflect the existing site as we want a new more slick look.

As long as you speak English we should be OK and I can phone you anywhere on a landline.

I had a look at the site and just wondered if the shimmering I experience when hovering on the navigation is just my download or is it common to all who view it.
Also is the current site CMS facilitated?

Other wise first impressions are good....

I get the menu sliding out but they are only roll overs.  The whole site is to get a face lift and converted to CMS but time and money are the difficulty.
