Suitable CMS software

Greetings all....

I have been building websites for years now, but I am new to CMS.

I wan't to build a directory site for a client, with a category search and a zip/postcode search (basically to find a product by name or by nearest location).

I have a 'little' knowledge in PHP and MYSQL, but I'd prefer not to build it in open source...

does anyone have any advice on the simplest CMS software that would be suitable for such a project along with roughly what it will cost?

Thank you kindly.  :)

Yeah, sorry Ferg. No ZIP code lockup built into this CMS. This system is great and I would normally recommend that people start with CMSMS core and add on some of their own custom modules as needed. But, that does require lots of programming knowledge to be able to produce such addons.

Good luck in your hunt...

Thanks guys...

I feel a steep learning curve coming on...(the words bite and chew spring to mind)

I'll pop in and look around soon. :)
