Can you use CMS Made simple on existing site?

I have installed CMS Made Simple and everything seems fine with the installation but can you use CMS Made Simple to edit an existing site that was created using a HTML Dreamweaver Template?

yes but you would need to import your template into cmsms and adding a {content} tag
then putting all the information from your old site into content blocks.
im not going to explain this one for you, try reading the wiki (there may even be a visual tutorial there)

Yes, there are visual tutorials about importing a template.
You should have a look at
this other tutorial.

You can use the template but you will not be able to "to edit an existing site" as in content etc...
You will have to recreate the page structure and copy/paste the content into them...
