Size Matters! Problem with active and child menu items
Posted: Wed Jan 16, 2008 1:09 am
I am developing a site that uses child menus (submenus). We want the active (chosen) page to have a slightly smaller font size, whether it is part of the main menu or part of a child menu. I've gone line by line in the menu stylesheet and cannot figure out what to change. Hope someone can figure it out.
Testbed is here:

If you click on "Practice Areas" you'll see the submenu items are black. We also want them to be a bit smaller. I've tried it, but when I put 95% there, it throws OTHER unrelated menu items out of whack.
We also want the active menu item to be smaller if it is selected and it's a main link (e.g. Do You Have a Case?)..
Let me know if I should post the stylesheet here or link to it for you.
Thanks!
Joni
Update:
I found this by digging around in this forum. So here's a big fat clue for me. I'll let you know if it works. It might help someone else in a similar situation.
